Apartment Emilio is a fully equipped 75 m² flat located on the 3rd floor of Parco Relax, a residential building with elevator in the heart of Scalea. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The living room features a large L-shaped sofa (foldable for extra sleeping), a dining corner, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms and a private balcony with outdoor seating make this apartment an ideal base for your Italian holiday. The central location puts you minutes from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.
